Avoid Deposits and Blockages on the Inner Wall of Riser Tube

When using riser tube pipe in low-pressure casting machine, the mold connects the upper of riser tube with bolts and gaskets. The lower end of riser tube is about 50cm that immersed in the melting furnace, the temperature of molten metal can reach 785℃±5℃. The commonly used riser tube are as follows:

1. The material is iron. This kind of riser tube in the molten aluminum for a long time which will cause iron corrosion. And lead to increase iron in the molten aluminum that can seriously affect the quality of casting product. The corrosion of iron will cause the damage of riser tube.

2. The material is graphite. Due to its poor load-bearing capacity and bad wear resistance, it is easily broken when using.

3. The material is advanced ceramic. The riser tube is made of silicon nitride material that can enhance the wear resistance of riser tube and reduce the corrosion of it. And also enhance bearing capacity and wear resistance of riser tube. So this material can low production costs and increase the service life of riser tube.
